Fr Hotel - Ibague

I stayed for a week on a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the spacious suite. The layout was fantastic, providing a comfortable atmosphere that allowed for relaxation after long workdays. The kitchenette was a great touch, and both Jacuzzis were perfect for unwinding. The friendly staff made a real difference, especially Vanesa at the front desk and Cesar, who was eager to help with any requests. Breakfast was always varied and delicious, making my mornings enjoyable.

I do not recommend this hotel.

We have booked double room with modern facilities. We had a superb bedroom. Liked our special stay there a lot.

The place was incredibly beautiful, no complains at all, can just recommend. I stayed here 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The staff was helpful providing assistance. Well-equipped room, a personal safe, air conditioning, and an electronic key card were a nice surprise. Marvellous and stunning location in an open area, met standards.

I had a fantastic stay! The staff was super friendly, and the rooftop restaurant offered amazing views. The breakfast was delicious, just what I needed to kickstart my day! Plus, the apartment-style layout gave me lots of space to relax, and the water pressure in the shower was perfect.

Getting to the hotel from the parking area was a bit tricky, so make sure to ask for directions. The AC could’ve been better, and some areas, like the hall carpets, seemed in need of a good clean. it was great, but those little details could be improved!

Everything was really good and the rooms were well-equipped. The staff was really helpful and genuinely helpful, gave advice about the city. Location: the hotel was so close to restaurant, Colombia and Ibague. Tried some takeout specials at La Creperia, luckily it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

I loved the rooftop terrace with amazing views and the beautiful restaurant! The breakfast had plenty of options, and the location was super convenient for getting my car worked on nearby. Plus, the staff was super friendly and attentive, making the stay feel a bit more special.

The cleanliness of the room was a huge letdown. It felt like they hadn't deep cleaned in ages—dirty baseboards, scuffed walls, and a gross shower grout. Not what you'd expect for the price! The noise was also a nuisance; it's hard to relax with all that street noise. Definitely not worth it for a longer stay.

The underground parking needs better instructions for gate operations!!! The confusing route from the garage to the hotel is not ideal. Cleaning standards could use a serious overhaul, especially in the suite's shower grout.

Consider exploring the nearby mall for dining or shopping options. It's convenient and adds variety to your stay.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, and a tasty breakfast made my stay enjoyable, especially with the free Wi-Fi and convenient 24-hour reception enhancing my experience while being just 10 km from the nearest airport.

Everything was perfect.

The space was large and comfy, complete with a fridge and kitchenette, handy for snacks. The bed was cozy. The main building had cool amenities, like Jacuzzis and a beautiful dining room!
